Karen is a registered clinical psychologist with a private practice in Wellington, New Zealand. She also works in high performance sport and runs workshops in confidence, self-esteem, body image and peak performance. Karen’s interest in “successful living” began as a teenager and still drives her work in helping people create happier, more meaningful lives.
A former journalist in New Zealand, Australia and the UK, she ran a communications and media consultancy for several years. Her book 'My Bum Looks Brilliant In This (the one true secret of lasting weight loss)' was published by Random House in 2009.
